1-Block ( 10-Hours), at $125/hr ($1,250 for 10 hours)
2-Blocks ( 20-Hours), at $110/hr ($2,200 for 20 hours)
5-Blocks ( 50-Hours), at $ 90/hr ($4,500 for 50 hours)
10-Blocks (100-Hours), at $ 75/hr ($7,500 for 100 hours)

How do I use my “DROPBOX” to send company database?
First, "zip" the company folder:
Click the company folder once to highlight (Server / MB7 / Company Folder), then click:
File, then Send to, then Compressed (zipped) Folder (Click this) The folder will "zip" (compress), and you will usually find it towards the bottom of the MB7 list.

Can Reports have Budgets & Actual Costs by Cost Code?
NOW … Creating Reports requiring both Budgets & Actual Costs by Cost Code is possible! This software creates Blank Jobcosts for Budget Cost Codes so Cost Codes will show in reports! Install on one computer for company, run software after new jobs are entered, or change orders written. Enters a blank jobcost for Budgeted Cost Codes, until actual jobcosts occur, then removes blank jobcost.

In Master Builder, when writing reports, you have to choose a “Primary Table” to do the report in. Some Tables connect well to each other and some don’t.
For many reports where you want “Budget” and “Job Cost” numbers by Cost Code on the same report, you run into this problem, as the cost codes from the Job Cost Table won’t show up if there is a Budget, but no Job Cost yet (and likewise in the Budget Table).
The Job Cost Tool creates the needed Job Cost “entry” so all the cost codes show up in the reports. This will allow any custom reports with Budgets and Job Costs to run okay.
